We specialize in full-process quality control for marine and industrial LNG tanks, from document review, material inspection, on-site manufacturing supervision to key milestone acceptance, providing professional third-party assurance for project safety, compliance and delivery.
Project Overview
This project covers full-process independent inspection and quality supervision for 5 sets of 227m³ LNG tanks, conducted at FRCIT in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu.
As an independent third-party inspection organization, we provide on-site supervision and quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure compliance with relevant standards and technical requirements.
Scope of Services
Document Review & Compliance Verification
Systematic review of GA drawings, WPS, welder qualifications, material certificates, and inspection plans
Ensure complete and compliant technical documentation before production
Material Inspection & Traceability
Incoming inspection of stainless steel plates, heads and key components
Verification of material certificates and full-chain material traceability
Manufacturing Process Supervision
On-site witness of shell rolling, longitudinal seam welding, stiffener fabrication and assembly
Real-time quality monitoring and process compliance control
Key Milestone Inspection & Acceptance
Hold-point inspection for welding quality, dimensional accuracy and appearance
Complete and standardized inspection records and acceptance reports
